Welcome to The Wild Mystic!

I'm Kyla, a passionate yoga instructor, and tarot reader, dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey toward inner peace and self discovery. My practice is inspired by my deep connection to nature. I believe that the natural world holds profound wisdom that can help us heal and grow. My offerings -- including sound baths, reiki (master practitioner), yoga (200 YTT), and tarot readings -- are designed to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and the energy of the earth.

With a background in environmental sustainability studies and a love for the outdoors, I've spent years exploring the healing power of nature, from hiking trails of national parks to incorporating the rhythms of the earth into my spiritual practices. My sophomore year of college in 2019 was when I went for my Shaktinanda 200 hour Hatha YTT. During this time I also received my Reiki II certification. I taught at my local yoga studio in NJ until COVID hit. After graduating college in 2021, I traveled across the country in my van until I planted my roots in Colorado in 2022. Since relocating I've dedicated myself to working in the field of natural resource management, focusing on preserving the natural beauty of this incredible state. While focusing on my career I have been deepening my personal practices. I believe that the energy and wisdom of the natural world play a crucial role in our well being.

My goal is to create a space where you can nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're looking for a peaceful sound bath, a reiki session to restore balance, a yoga session to ground yourself, or tarot readings to give insight, I'm here to support you on your journey.
